Kung Zhu Hamsters - Don't Read This If You Are Happy With Boring Christmas Toys!

The Top Christmas Toys this year are still a bit of a gamble but if I was to put my money on one of the hot contenders it would be the kung Zhu Hamsters. They are rough tough upgrades of last years surprise hit the zhu zhu pets and are mostly aimed at boys. But just what is it that makes these kung zhu hamsters a must have toy?

The Christmas top 10 toys list as predicted by many of the worlds top toy retailers is usually a good way to gauge what are going to the big sellers. And the incredible mania for those cute and cuddly zhu zhu pets caught the manufacturers out which led to supply not being able to keep up with demand!

Kung Zhu Hamsters are this years new offering and they aimed more at the boys. They are now separated into two teams of battle hamsters - The Ninjas and the Special Forces.

They may start out as cute little fury pets but you get to train them up into fighting machines. Once you have decided what side you are going to be on, the training begins. There are different training centres that you put your zhu zhu through in a similar way to an army assault course. The sets of different training add ons are modular so your whole kung zhu system builds into a whole world which is called a zhu-niverse.

Battle armour for each hamster is one of the next essential steps and each has its own armour to reflect its personality. They are really easy to clip on around your zhu zhu and look really cool.

Vehicles and Tanks are then added to the training and your team of either Ninjas or Special Forces start to take shape. All of the training and add ons are leading up to one thing and one thing only - the final showdown in the battle arena.

The Battle Arena looks like a majestic gladiator style arena and this is where all the action takes place . It's hard to get a handle on how great the who zhu zhu hamsters products really look just form the pictures that can be found on the internet. But if you get the chance to see a product demonstration video of the kung zhu's in action you will be completely blown away. As I was writing this review my 8 year old just happened to see me playing back the video I had and he went crazy for it! Guess what he wants for Christmas this year!!!
